• 10+ years of significant insurance product design and management experience.
• Strong technical understanding of life and or annuity products, concepts and pricing.
• Ability to set the strategic direction for insurance products for the firm.
• Maintain senior management, product and distribution relationships with all insurance partners.
• Strong people leadership skills, including demonstrated success developing others.
• Actuarial experience or CLU/ChFC/CFP designation, preferred.
• Ability to influence those who manufacture product for Edward Jones.

• Actuarial experience or CLU/ChFC/CFP designation, preferred.
